4:30 - 6:30 Set Up Info Tent
Opening Shift: Help transport and set up tent and load table with signs, food, swag, tee shirts, etc before the event starts. Then, woman the table to promote Women of the Summit to event attendees.

5:30 - 900 pm Beverage Tent
Volunteer along with Town of Silverthorne Staff to help sell beverages , ID and card patrons, pour drinks, and make sure trash around the event area is cleared.

6:30-8:30 Take Down Info Tent
Closing Shift: Meet members of the community, sport you WOTS tee shirt and promote membership, donations, Upcoming events and the Women @Work Grant and Conference. Then assist in take down and clean up of tent area.
