GWEN BALLARD

I joined Women of the Summit in 2020 after learning about the amazing support the group provides to Summit County Women and a desire to give back to the Community though a charitable cause that I'm passionate about.

I started my career in Community Association and Property Management after obtaining a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University. My career spans more than 20-years and I relocated to Summit County in 2016 from Northern Colorado, after falling in love with all the activities this beautiful area has to offer. I’ve managed communities all over the state, and Summit County is special, with very specific needs.

My focus is on building relationships within the industry in order to provide clients with the resources necessary to maintain and enhance property values and build a sense of community. HillStar was formed on the basic principles of accountability, integrity, transparency and collaboration. Community and Property Management is my passion.

When I’m not busy attending to my communities, I enjoy extracurricular activities such as snowboarding, camping, boating and off-road sports with my husband and kids. Spending time with my family and giving back to the community makes me feel good!
