About the event
Come and discover Qi (Chi) or energy, a natural force that fills the universe! Â Qi defines the relationships of all things in nature. Â By connecting with the energy within and around us, we can effectively find our flow in today's busy world! Qi Gong exercises seek to bring our body's mental and physical flow into harmony with nature's cycles.Â
Regular Qi Gong practice can support overall flexibility, relieve joint and muscle pain, increase endurance, boost immunity, and encourage a graceful aging process! Â In this workshop, we will learn a series of Qi Gong exercises that you will be able to practice at home. We will also discuss the definition, history, and benefits of Qi Gong. There are no physical limitations for this class as the exercises can be done either sitting or standing. Chairs will be provided. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes.Â
