Vendor Load In: 12:00pm – 4:45pm. Please be set up and ready to go no later than 5:15pm –
Event Times: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
Vendor Load out: 9:00pm – 10:00pm

- Parking garage across the highway.
- The pavilion lots
- The outlet overflow lots across the Blue River
- The outlets parking lots
- Rainbow Drive
- Rec Center parking lots/ overflow lot

3 - 5 pm Set Up
3 - 5 pm Set up tent and load table with signs, food, swag, tee shirts, etc before the event starts

6-30 - 8:30 pm volunteer slot: Meet members of the community, sport you WOTS tee shirt and promote membership, donations, Upcoming events and the Women in Business Grant. All Volunteers get a free WOTS tee shirt.

8- 10 pm volunteer slot: Meet members of the community, sport your WOTS tee shirt and promote membership, donations, upcoming events and the Women in Business Grant. Start Take Down and 9 pm when vehicles are allowed back on the field
