About the event
Join Women of the Summit and Leslie Glenn Yoga on a short yet impactful guided hike at Sapphire Point.
Meet up between 11:45 - Noon at the Sapphire point parking lot. As we circle the point, we will pause along the way to reflect, connect and create meaningful conversations centered in mental health, mindfulness and wellbeing led by Leslie Glenn.
Immediately following the 30'ish minute guided mindful walk, we will gather together for a picnic lunch. Enjoy connections and nourishment. Learn healthy, creative tools to support ourselves and each other and enjoy the beauty of Summit County on this lunchtime excursion.
Please bring appropriate shoes, clothing, sunscreen, and water. Be prepared to walk up to 1 mile.
