Scale Up: People
Join WOTS for a new Scale Up series specifically aimed at the Small biz owner looking to reach the next level. Led by WOTS member Lynn Anstett, the series will consist of a 2-hour workshop each quarter. Over the course of the series, Lynn will focus on the drivers of growth: People, Process, Accountability, and Cash.
Our October workshop will focus on People. We will cover evaluations, net promoters scores, hiring, interview processes, and training processes among others.
