About the event

From your coach: Why Stronger Fitter Faster for Fall? Because I’ve been where you are. With a full time job, family obligations, and lots of life changes, I didn’t think I could still compete in triathlon and as an endurance mountain biker at the highest level that I wanted. I thought that the only way to be competitive was to put in massive hours and sacrifice time with friends, family, and other hobbies.  I knew there had to be a better way—a way to get fitter, faster, stronger as an aging female triathlete while still enjoying life.  So, I went on a mission to find it. I worked with some of the top coaches. And I did.  I am biking some of my fastest times now on my tried and tested routes (thank you Strava!) and feeling my strongest and fittest ever. I created a lifestyle that was sustainable and enjoyable, while advancing my business and having time to focus on the other things I enjoy. And I want to help you do the same. It doesn't have to be either/or. You can advance multiple life goals at the same time, and they can fuel and support each other.  The WOTS Lunch and Learn will help you:
