SPEAKER: Mia Tarduno. Owner at Thrive Yoga Summit
Mia’s mission is to create gathering spaces for others to share knowledge, express themselves, and be supported. Her yoga classes aim to reconnect people with their natural states of being to restore balance in their health, lifestyle, work, and relationships.
She is a 500hr Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, Registered Restorative Yoga Instructor, and Certified Professional Life Coach. She specializes specifically in yoga for women’s health and cyclical living in her business Move Create Radiate. Her classes and offerings blend the tools of yoga, ancient wisdom, breath work, rituals, somatic movement, and exploring vulnerable moments and conversations to help heal and nourish the soul.

About Heather Beckman and Colorado Marketplace and Bakery
Heather's roots start in Wisconsin. Working in restaurants and earning a culinary arts degree, Heather and her newlywed spouse, Ian, though caution to the wind and moved to Greece to explore and eat.
After years of traveling and working abroad, the Beckman's settled in Fort Collins to start a family and partner with a local iconic diner in Old Town, FC, Co. After years of success in full service and with the mountains calling, the family moved to summit county.
Colorado Marketplace and Bakery has something for everyone, morning, noon, and night. From fresh baked breads and cinnamon rolls, to fresh salads and sandwiches on house made bread, to that final treat to curb your sweet tooth, you can grab and go or hang in the huge food hall. We create speciality cakes, offer catering, and have lots of options for allergies and diet restrictions.
