About the event
Come join Women of the Summit and Friends of the Dillon Ranger District for a women's trail maintenance day! No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing (layer appropriately) and good trail shoes.
Salt Lick Trailhead in Silverthorne, (39.615665, -106.074432). Trail work will include corridor clearing and clearing drainage dips. Light to moderate work with 2-3 miles of hiking.
We may try for lunch nearby afterward. Melissa (coordinator) will also bring a cooler with adult beverages to share afterward. Feel free to BYOB and bring a chair if you want to hang out.
Please note that this event is open to the public through FDRD so we may have other participants (male and female) joining us from outside WOTS.
