The Women of Summit are excited to bring an important new event to the community,
Peak Vitality: Health, Resilience & Longevity at Altitude. 

 

This will be a curated luncheon panel designed to bring together Summit County’s most engaged, health-conscious women for an intimate event that goes beneath the surface and creates space for the conversations that matter — the ones about how women can stay strong, active, and healthy as we move into our 40s and beyond, especially living at altitude.

This isn’t a typical wellness event. There will be insights from an expert panel and the kind of connection that only comes from a community that truly gets it, with honest dialogue around:

  • Hormonal changes and energy shifts

  • The real impact of altitude on aging and recovery

  • Injury prevention for active mountain lifestyles

  • Mental health, mood, and emotional resilience

 

Our audience of 80–100 women are community-rooted, health-conscious, and actively seeking the services and businesses that support the life they're building here. This is an opportunity to be seen as a trusted partner, not just an advertiser, in a conversation they'll remember.
