Since 1982, Women Of The Summit has been raising funds for our charitable giving programs in alignment with our values. This grant is an investment to close the gender wage gap in Summit County Colorado.
In 2021, Colorado women who were full-time wage and salary workers had median usual weekly earnings of $1,035, or 85.4 percent of the $1,212 median usual weekly earnings of their male counterparts, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
