About the event
Knowing your worth is the first step. Advocating for it is the next. Join us for workshop three in our "Know Your Worth" series to build the confidence and practical skills to ask for what you need, influence outcomes, and create new opportunities.
Advocating for yourself is one of the most valuable leadership skills you can develop. Join Cheryl Pelicci, Director of Procurement and an experienced executive leader, as she shares practical strategies for confidently navigating important conversations, negotiating opportunities, and influencing outcomes with authenticity and purpose. Drawing from years of leading high-stakes negotiations and building trusted relationships, Cheryl will help participants develop the mindset and tools to advocate for themselves, strengthen their influence, and take meaningful action toward the future they envision.
